Yes. Referrals are meant for bringing new people to Noble, so a referral only counts if:
You're different people. The name on your account and the name on your referee's account can't be the same.
You live at different addresses. Your account and your referee's account can't share a billing or service address.
You have different payment info. Your accounts can't use the same credit card / debit card.
They transfer an existing phone number to Noble. Your referee must port in their number.
You're both active. You need to be an active Noble member, and your referee needs to be active. They also need to stay a member for 3 months for you to earn your Noble Cash.
Both accounts are in good standing. Neither account can have a line that's suspended for non-payment.
If a referral doesn't meet these rules, referral benefits won't apply.
